Manoush is the most traditional of Lebanese foods and is a staple. Manoush consists of dough rolled flat topped with different toppings ranging from zaatar, spinach (both these are vegetarian and vegan friendly), cheese, meat and different combinations of these. It is served sliced or rolled either for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We make all our mixes on site using fresh and quality ingredients guaranteeing freshness in every bite! All manoush is made to order on premises and the café bakes mini manoush available for purchase from the glass display in store every day.
